NopLunr – (4) Configuration

The below screenshot shows the available settings for the nopLunr plugin.

Enable nopLunr Search: Activates the plugin. Searched will be done by nopLunr. Deactivates the plugin. Original nopCommerce search will be used.
Include product attribute in product index: Product Attribute will be included in the search. (By default, only Product Title and Product Description will be included.) Product Attribute will not be included in the search.
Include specification attribute in product index: Specification Attribute will be included in the search. (By default, only Product Title and Product Description will be included.) Product Attribute will not be included in the search.
Include product tag in product index: Product Tag will be included in the search. (By default, only Product Title and Product Description will be included.) Product Tag will not be included in the search.
Enable GrammarBot API Key: The search field will prompt “Did you mean?” with existed product name. The search field will only prompt default messages such as “No products were found that matched your criteria”.
Enable Ajax filter: Provide a filter option in the search result which can filter products by Attributes or Manufactures. The filter option will not show.
Enable nopLunr Search with phrase match: Searches will be performed with “phrase match”. Original nopCommerce search will be used.
Enable nopLunr Search with phrase match + Fuzzy Search: Search will be performed with “phrase match” first, if the “phrase match” does not return any result, then the searches will be performed with relaxed criteria (less accurate) by mean of Fuzzy Search. Original nopCommerce search will be used.
Enable nopLunr Search with phrase match + Wildcard Search: Search will be performed with “phrase match” first, if the “phrase match” does not return any result, then the searches will be performed with relaxed criteria (less accurate) by mean of Wildcard search. Original nopCommerce search will be used.
